Is now searching for aspiring individuals to fill in the following vacancies:
 
URGENT HIRING!HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STAFF
 
Qualifications:
  • Must posses at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Payroll and benefits administration.
  • Must be well - versed in Philippine National Wages and Productivity policies and guidelines, as well as Philippine Labor Law; advanced MS Excel skills
  • Highly independent, results-oriented and has good leadership skills
Job Description:
  • Monitors government mandates, memos, and updates 
  • Handles computation and releasing of last pay for separated employees and 13th month pay.
  • Data entry to HRIS of payroll - related information
  • Provides timely and accurate analysis, solution and feedback to payroll- related issues/ concerns
  • Facilitates accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees
  • Ensure that all government and statutory contributions are properly remitted.
