As an HR Assistant, you will generally:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Organizational Development Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, disciplinary processes, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Daily Timekeeping for all employees
- Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- With a minimum of 2 years experience as HR Assistant / Administrative
- Basic knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
