CALL CENTER AGENTS - Work Onsite
- Must be at least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Must be able to work in Cebu IT Park
- Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
- Must not be enrolled or reviewing for licensure exams.
- Taking calls.
- Answering product and service questions
- Records and updates client / account information.
- Clarifying complaints; determining and solving client complaints / problem
