Is currently looking for:
 
HR OFFICER / GENERALIST

General Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in general HR duties to include File Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits. Training and Development, Labor Relations and Client Management
  • Prepare, process, and coordinate with SSC anything related to Central Visayas payroll
  • Design and conduct new employee orientations (onboarding and off-boarding)
  • Prepared and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluations system, including surveys
  • Provide advise and assistance on company policies, procedures, and documentatins
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and proceduring problem and inquiries
  • Comply with Government and Labor required reports submission and ensure compliance to general labor standars vis-à-vis company policies
  • Other duties assigned
Job Qualifications:
  • Business or Human Resources graduates
  • Knowledgeable in labor law
  • Adept in PowerPoint presentation
  • Good in English communication
  • Good conversationalist
  • Knowledgeable in payroll
  • Knows how to train
  • A certified trainer is an advantage
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Sources
    • Mynimo; Universities; LinkedIn HO
    • Secure approved copy of MRF to trigger job placement to all sources
    • Personality Test facilitation through reputable diagnostic centers or HO profile test administration
    • 201 FILE Update
    • Collection of applicants pre-employment requirements
    • Submission to HO collated docs
    • Onboarding Orientation
    • Ensure all logistics needed are ready during onboarding
    • In caes of resignation, prepare Final Pay documents during clearance processing
    • Submit to HO clearance documents
  • IDs replacement collation of data and coordination with HO for reproduction
  • Attendance on required Seminars from Gov't agencies
  • Benefit Distributions and Coordination with vendors
    • rice - Canvass cheapest price of good quality rice per CBA

  • Canvass cheapest or reasonable price of good quality uniform; secure quotation; coordinate size fittings; secure sample Sales Invoice; RFP; follow up deposit with SSC; receive item and distribute with memo and subsequent uniform distribution
    • Sim cards / mobile phone distribution with accountability form acknowledgement
    • Coordinate with employees for updated members and additional members of annual renewal of HMO/Life Insurance
    • Drug Test and APE coordination with diagnostic centers and MEDICard follow up of employee/patient conditions
  • Performance Evaluation follow-ups from all Departments
  • Payroll
    • BI-MONTHLY
      • Payroll reports
        • Overtime encoding for submission of summary to HO SSC
        • Encode attendance ( PACIFIC , MACTAN , DGTE )
        • Encode deductions ( SSS , HDMF )
        • Tardiness deduction summary
        • Email payroll to the head office
        • Safekeeping of all records and filing the same properly
    • BI-MONTHLY
      • After 15th day of the month Request for SSS , PHILHEALTH and PAG-BIG contribution payment
      • Update PRN for SSS and SPA for PHILHEALTH
      • Update and email PAG-IBIG TRANSMITAL ( Mactan Only )
      • After 30th day of the month , encoding of SSS, PHILHEALTH , PAG-IBIG and One hub loan
      • Update approval form and email to head office
  • MONTHLY
  • Tardiness filter and submit report to Dept. Heads concern for DA/Progressive Discipline as the cse may be and those for salary deduction
  • Petty Cash Custodian
    • Disburse
    • Collect liquidated ORs
    • Glue all original ORs for liquidation in a white bondpaper
    • Summarize all Ors for liquidation
    • Request for replenishment after liquidation
  • MONTHLY
    • HR Reports
      • Payroll
      • Leave credits - provide Imm Heads with updated available leave credits
      • Disciplinary Action /CARE Form - Collate and coordinate with Supervisors / Imm. Heads relative to preliminary investigation
  • MONTHLY
    • Employee Engagement
      • Participate in the planning, implementation and coordination with SMRS for the Artcard and distribute to all Sections/Supervisors of the same:
        • Monthly EXPRESS Yourself Theme
        • Birthday Celebrators
          • Birthday Cards
          • Birthday cheers
