As a QuinGame Virtual Assistant you will assist with administrative, business development, social media, marketing or other tasks. By taking on these recurring tasks and administrative work, you free up time for small business owners, entrepreneurs and managers so they can focus on growing their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate QuinGames and any associated programs such as the Inkspace graphic design tool.

  • Edit content of website

  • Calendar Management

  • Coordinate and schedule calls and appointments

  • Confirm appointments

  • Provide reminders about calls and appointments

  • Email and Contact Management and Communications

  • Process inquiries from emails and calls

  • Add contacts to CRM

  • Business Development

  • Research leads on social networks for professionals and businesses

  • Conduct research

  • Handle file management

  • Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects

  • Take minutes of the meeting

  • Data entry

  • Social Media Administration

  • Content creation

  • Graphics design

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of online video games (Escape Games) as a player

  • Basic Graphics design experience

  • Preferably with 1-year experience in applications development (but not required)

  • Must demonstrate the ability to think logically

  • Knowledge of nested “IF, “AND”, “OR”, “NOT”

  • Must be self-motivated, keen to learn, and willing to work fulltime on a computer

  • Effective communication skills

  • Listens, ability to communicate clearly, confidence and empathy

  • Time management skills

  • Has the knowledge of what is important and use that to prioritize tasks

  • Organizations skills

  • Ability to plan, to create structure and order

  • A good problem solver

  • Ability to identify, measure and solve a problem in a systematic manner

  • Good knowledge on cloud-based information-sharing tools

  • Google sheets, one drive, etc
