Job Description:
  • Check up with the sales team twice a day on their daily activities (12noon & 3pm AEST)
  • Enter visits into CRM, upload any sales supplied images to TT drive
  • Action requests, including but not limited to processing sample orders, send out price list, image and/or series showcase/price sheet requests, portal log ins
  • Send out credit application form to customers
  • Update customers on the delivery of their samples and/or orders
  • Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
  • Check tracking for sales vans
  • Request for laid images from customers to sales team if it's available
  • Request for updates on the contact people on each store e.g. contact number, new personnel, email changes, etc
  • Deal with any customer complaints and resolve the issue as necessary
  • Inform sales team for promos, new products, price list updates, slip rating report etc. via email
  • Answer phone calls for both GB and TT
  • Log calls in CRM
Job Requirement:
  • Great Communication Skills (both Verbal and Written, Making calls will be part of the job)
