We are a US-based IT outsourcing company specializing in resource management and software development. We also provide quality assurance, automation test, technical support and business process oursourcing services to our US and European clients. Our office is located at Unit 1401 TGU Tower, Cebu I.T. Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines. Our current clients are among the Fortune 1000 companies.

We currently have a requirement for:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Project Based
 
Responsibilities:
  •   Answer phone, chat and email inquiries from customers.
  •   Help resolve issues and provide product/technical advice.
  •   Handle multiple chats and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.
  •   Follow prescribed problem resolution procedures.
Requirements:
  •   Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  •   Excellent customer service skills especially with phone, chat and email support.
  •   At least 1 year experience in a call center environment.
  •   Willing to work on the night shift and shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
  •   Must have a fast and stable internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps
  •   Willing to work as Project Based employee
