Senior Recruitment Consultant
 
Excellent base salary of up to 40k plus 10% commission - monthly potential 140k and more and all the perks of working from home.

Hardware Requirements:
  • WIRED High-Speed Internet connection  (DSL/Fiber) - Minimum 10mbps
  • Desktop or Laptop with at least a Core i3 processor or Ryzen 3 processor and 8 GB ram. (Windows 10/Mac)
  • Webcam
  • Dedicated Workspace with a decent background fit for B2B video calls
Skill Requirement:
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience in Recruitment/headhunting
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Outbound sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with and conversing with clients/stakeholders from the US, Australia or Europe.
  • Tech-savvy intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheet and word processing apps (excel and word), email clients(Outlook), and file sharing (OneDrive, Google Drive)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High proficiency in Internet Research
  • Experience in Linkedin Searching and networking
  • Account management Experience
  • Customer Service Experience

Job Description
   
The role of the Senior Recruitment Consultant is to analyze past and present client business relationships and find opportunities for engagement by presenting recruitment opportunities. Finding out what the client/lead's needs are and what their business is about in order to determine how to best serve them. Find, screen and recruit candidates who can fill the needs of the clients. Engage in meaningful conversations with clients and candidates to better serve their requirements.
