We are looking for:
Sales Achievement
  • Present and upsell all company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Account Acquisition
  • Closes new accounts within 2 months for corporate clients. If account is not yet closed by deadline, endorses the account to Team Leader for escalation.
  • Initiates and conduct field activity align with target through conducting sales presentations to corporate accounts to gather more leads or prospect.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting field activity.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Customer Complaints
  • Identify and resolve client concerns within 24 hours with coordination with Managers.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedbacks within retail and field activity.
  • Graduate of a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Interior Design related courses or equivalent
  • More than one (1) year of work experience preferably in sales
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skill and can deal with different types of people
  • Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Willing to do showroom and field sales call
