CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
(Work base: Davao)
 
PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
  • To build harmonious relationship with customers
  • To ensure excellent logistics operations and distribution services are being provided to customers with complete accuracy in the most cost effective manner
  • To monitor proper maintenance of organic trucks
  • To spearhead third-party logistics sourcing to suffice fleet requirement
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be a college graduate
  • Currently residing in Davao City
  • Preferably with customer service related experience such as in a fast food chain
  • Must be willing to do field work
  • Must be willing to work beyond the normal working hours
