JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Render call out support and prescreen contacted leads based on set qualifiers
- Fill employment gaps with qualified individuals to join the company workforce and achieve organizational business goals.
- Support Sourcing Officer/s in daily sourcing operations as needed
- Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to develop process improvements and maintain the complex system of recruitment measurement.
- Maintains open lines of communication with Training and Operations to formulate suitable profiles and assure hiring of the right people for specific roles in the organization.
- Assesses hiring needs and develop hiring plans.
- At least 4 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in Customer Service, Technical and Sales agent hiring is a must
- Experience in volume hiring
- Self-motivated and can work with a team
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and superior time management skills
- Graduate of any Business-related degree or Psychology
