Job Specifications
  • Male / Female
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent
  • Preferably a Psychometrician
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of the English Language and dialect
  • Good interpersonal relation skills
  • High attention on details
  • Abilitiy to work with highly confidential information
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • With good moral character
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Can do multi-tasking
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
Duties and responsibilities
  • Expedites approved Personnel request
  • Screens and reviews application for employment and submits to the HRM/CEO
  • Posting of job vacancies thru online job sites (Jobstreet, Mynimo, SocMed sites, etc) and company bulletin
  • Conducts in-person and/or phone/virtual initial interviews with candidates
  • Administers and interprets Psychological assessments of applicants (Cognitive, Behavioral and Personality Tests)
  • Schedules applicants for interview with the HRM, Department head and/or Top management.
  • Provides hiring recommendations to HRM, Immediate Head and CEO based on series of evaluation.
  • Assess hired applicants with their required documents for pre-employment which includes trade test if applicable.
  • Conducts background checking on the applicant from previous employer and character references and document result of evaluation.
  • Facilitates the On-boarding process to newly hired employees (Job Offer, Contract, Endorsement, JD, Biometric, Uniform, Ids, others)
  • Submits monthly report on Summary of Manpower Updates to CEO for review and references.
  • Partners with HR Manager to determine staffing needs
  • Updates 201 files and newly hired contracts, contract renewal, endorsements and requirements of employees.
  • Facilitates company-issued cellphones of the employees
  • Performs other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
