Job Description
 
- Ensures the timely reporting of government mandated benefits
- Handles employees concerns about SSS, PHIC, HDMF benefits, claims, and contributions
- Counsel employees on compensation related matters
- Ensures that employees are covered under life and medical insurance without any delay
 
Job Requirements
 
- Applicant must have a proven experience in Compensation and Benefits for 3 years and above
- Hands on experience in handling contribution and loan reports for SSS, PHIC, HDMF
- With sharp analytical skills and with initiative
- Has a coaching and mentoring attitude, willing and able to explain underlying process with the intention to help Employees understand the process and requirements of their benefits and claims
- Can start as soon as possible
