TLB Ventures Corp is a business consultancy organization, which caters General Administrative Services to start-up businesses. We are located at Basement Area, Militec Building, Tulay, Minglanilla, Cebu.
Be part of our growing team, thus, we are looking for an:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests;
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees;
- Serve as point of contact with clients and administrators;
- Assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts;
- Maintain calendars of HR Management team;
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation;
- Assist with performance management procedures;
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR Events, and maintain agenda;
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR Activity;
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR Trends and best practice; and
- Any other work-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year experience is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are open to apply;
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations;
- Effective HR Administration and people management skills;
- Exposure to payroll practices;
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
- Excellent written verbal communication skills;
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines;
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related business and communication tools;
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills;
- Meticulous attention to details;
- Ability to accurately follow instructions;
- Degree holder of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Preferably located near Talisay City, Minglanilla, Naga City, and San Fernando. (Applicants beyond the said municipalities are discouraged to apply)
