GENERAL LEDGER ADMIN
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process statutory (SSS,BIR,Philhealth, Pag-ibig) transactions.
  • Prepare Daily working Hours
  • Prepare Job Order
  • Encode journal entries in QB
  • Process business permit and other licenses
  • Calculate payroll
  • Prepare billable invoices
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Prepare check disbursement
  • Perform other task assigned by the Finance Manager
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or any finance related course.
  • At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can adapt to constant challenges within the workplace.
  • Experienced in a BPO/Outsourcing setting is an advantage
  • Willing to be trained
  • With advanced MS Excel skills/Google sheets
  • Knowledge on QuickBooks Online Plus is an advantage.  
  • With excellent work commitment and dedications
  • Willing to work on a compressed schedule, overtime or on a holiday
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Can work under pressure
