GENERAL LEDGER ADMIN
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process statutory (SSS,BIR,Philhealth, Pag-ibig) transactions.
- Prepare Daily working Hours
- Prepare Job Order
- Encode journal entries in QB
- Process business permit and other licenses
- Calculate payroll
- Prepare billable invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare check disbursement
- Perform other task assigned by the Finance Manager
- A graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or any finance related course.
- At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can adapt to constant challenges within the workplace.
- Experienced in a BPO/Outsourcing setting is an advantage
- Willing to be trained
- With advanced MS Excel skills/Google sheets
- Knowledge on QuickBooks Online Plus is an advantage.
- With excellent work commitment and dedications
- Willing to work on a compressed schedule, overtime or on a holiday
- Can work with less supervision
- Can work under pressure
