You will be overseeing the entire kitchen operations, monitoring all food preparations, portioning and delivery over the course of the day. You will lead and supervise all the kitchen staff to ensure that the quality and quantity of the food prepared is in compliance with established company standards and recipes.
If you’re the right person for this position, you must be TOUGH, CURIOUS, DRIVEN & have PRIDE in your work with at least three (3) years experience as a Sous Chef.
