HRAD OFFICER (GENERALIST)
 
REPORTS TO: President
 
DEPARTMENT: Human Resource & Administration
 
JOB SMMARY :
  • Oversees all HR policies and procedures covering all areas of human resource and administration.
  • Consults with management on strategic planning; and serve as link between the organization’s management and its employees.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
  • KRA
    • RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
      • Leads manpower recruitment, selection and deployment process which include formulation of job description and qualifications, posting of job adverts, shortlisting of applicants, interviewing and selecting of candidates.
      • Conducts background verification for selected candidates prior to employment.
      • Facilitates on-boarding orientation to newly hired employees.   
      • Monitors the organization’s manpower plantilla.
        • KPI
          • Must duly fill in required manpower within the turn-around time:
          • Rank-and-file: 30-45 days
          • Officers- Up: 60-75 days
  • KRA
    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
      • Manages preparation and timely remitting of government contribution such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF including salary and calamity loans, sickness and maternity benefits and claims.
      • Ensures constant tracking of availed leaves for employees.
      • Manage and monitor salary of employees in line with the organization’s job levelling & the government’s requirement/ DOLE laws.
      • Facilitates enrolment of newly hired employees for accident insurance.
      • Handles processing of accident insurance claims
      • Monitors employee’s attendance, timekeeping & productivity rate.
      • Oversees processing of payroll and payroll disputes. Secures the accuracy and timely processing of payroll reports.

          • 100% compliance
          • Timely submission of government remittances to avoid accumulation of penalty.
          • Consolidated attendance report (which includes absenteeism rate, tardiness rate, availed leave and attrition rate) to be submitted monthly.
  • KRA
    • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
      • Organize and manages quarterly & annual performance appraisals ensuring the efficiency & productivity of employees.
      • Assist and provide help in company-wide rewards & recognition and employee engagement & retention initiatives.
      • Process documents such as employee transfer, change of position or work assignment, change of status, regularization, personnel action notice and other relevant documents.
      • Coordinates with various departments on company programs or activities.

          • 100% compliance
          • Analysis for performance appraisals must be submitted annually to the President serving as basis for across-the-board merit increase
  • KRA
    • EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS
      • Spearheads implementation and compliance of company’s Code of Conduct and awareness of employees on new policies and procedures.
      • Track & monitors the progress of employee discipline cases in conformance to “due process” principles & procedures.
      • Conducts administrative hearings & case conferences.
      • Prepares accurate synopsis of computation, quitclaim and releasing of final pay for separated employees.
      • Conducts exit interview for resigning employees and guides them in securing their clearance papers.

          • Ensures separating employee must be cleared from any pending accountability or fines.
  • KRA
    • OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
      • In-charge of spreading internal and external corporate memos & other HR announcements.
      • Regular monitoring of 201 Files.
      • Oversees all administration-related activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • With 3 or more years of experience in all HR facets
  • Willing to work under pressure
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000

Benefits: SSS, PHIC, HDMF

Rest Day Schedule:  Sun

Time of Work:  8 am to 5 pm
