  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing to job offer
  • Facilitate job postings through online job portals, social networking resources and creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking database
  • Manage external and internal job hiring
  • Perform reference checks and process background checks
  • Prepare new hire paperwork/documentation and facilitates new hire orientation/on boarding
  • Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials
  • Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or Business Discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in recruitment and employer branding
  • Relevant business and/or industry experience across recruitment support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail
