- Graduate of any course
- Has at least 1-2 years solid experience as Quality Analyst
- Monitors and evaluates recorded and live phone calls to make sure that the sales team is in compliance with QA Parameters.
- Conducts and documents call calibrations.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions for improvement
- Assist in redesigning and constant improvement of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Improve processes, implementation of protocols, achieve goals and minimize risks.
- Analyzes the call-center-wide quality assurance, quality monitoring, performance evaluation, and goal setting settings to retain the effective support structure or create a new support structure to ensure the delivery of quality services to our clients.
- Provides effective feedback or communicates results with your immediate head, sales, and customer support team to continuously develop and improve the team's performance.
- Continually investigates and introduces process improvement measures and presents suggestions to your immediate head.
