We are looking for a committed Client Services Support who will be in charge of centralized administration support. Someone who is professional, motivated, switched on and trustworthy. This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off!
 
Job Summary:
 
This full-time basis position will perform centralized administration support for the entire office. You will be supporting the accounting team by completing tasks with a high level of accuracy within the required time frame. Previous experience in Xero or having worked in an accounting practice will be highly regarded but is not essential.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide extensive administration support to Directors and Accountants
  • Standard letter preparation, word processing, typing, spreadsheet work
  • General correspondence via email, letters, faxes
  • Preparing Income tax returns and financial statements (administration)
  • Relief of phone reception
  • Maintaining and updating office administration procedures as required
  • Maintaining/ updating the client database
  • Deal with client enquiries and provide additional services as required
  • Electronic filing 
  • Managing calendars/booking meetings
  • Client on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Prepare client fee proposals
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team and relate easily with people at all levels in the organization
  • The ability to work autonomously and be a team player
  • Enjoy learning
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 
  • Friendly yet professional and driven
  • Experience working for an Australia company would be viewed highly
