We are looking for a highly driven result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR Department and help us grow our IT teams. An HR Technical Recruiter's main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions and to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our client's /company's current and future needs. The primary goal of Technical Recruiter is to optimize HR Technical Support in the hiring process to provide analytical and well-documented HR recruiting reports and apply HR recruiting best practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy with the HR recruitment team;
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/portals, etc.;
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
Headhunting, sourcing and shortlisting candidates from career sites, and networking with candidates and relevant community groups on social media;
Monitor and apply HR Recruiting best practices;
Provide analytical and well-documented HR recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
Handling interview scheduling requests;
Initiation and performing background checks,
Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work";
Any other work-related duties that may be assigned from time to time;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the department.
2-4 years of related experience as a technical recruiter;
Good understanding of technology and technical skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community;
Ability to work independently with little guidance;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
Consultative and negotiation skills;
BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field.
BS Psychology graduate preferred but not required;
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
