Responsible for ensuring a consistent message among all delivery channels by creating and executing the outbound strategy which routes calls, auto dials, predictive and preview dials for agents and also covering the email, text and telephone, freeing them up to do the best at their jobs. This position play a vital role in the company's operations process Under the direction of the Workforce and Analytics Sr. Manager and Dialer Supervisor.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
  • Ensure and document outbound dialer activity
  • Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues
  • Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports
  • Monitor and adjust the performance of dialer systems
  • Works with operational leaders to recommend strategies
  • Develops, tests, and implements Outbound collections strategies across all delivery channel
  • Executes dialer campaigns via Telephone (Predictive, Preview, Virtual, Interactive IVR), Text, and E-mail
  • Provides project support by participating in all related aspects when related to customer communication
  • Supports all Dialer Operations functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Proficiencies
  • Knowledge and experience in using a dialer system
  • At least college degree, any field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • With working experience creating MS excel reports and templates
  • Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
  • Knowledge of auto-dialer operations and concepts
  • Understand database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Strong time management skills and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
