Position Summary
 
As an IT System Administrator, you will establish, document and monitor compliance with information technology policies and procedures. You will also perform IT administration, maintenance and provide end user support when required.
 
Your Responsibilities
 
In line with your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing and monitoring compliance with IT procedures and policies
  • IT systems administration
  • Supporting internal staff via IT help desk.
  • Sourcing and procurement, installation and maintenance of IT software and hardware
  • Information Security Management
Your Competencies
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows (server and desktop) and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Understanding of TCP/IP network hardware, configuration, and management
  • Experience with VMware and other virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with Dell or equivalent server hardware
  • Working knowledge of ITIL preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • Experience in corporate client interaction
  • Familiarity with information security best practices would be an advantage
  • Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality results
