What you will do:

Manage client's daily schedule
Work closely with Senior Management
Use the internet, surveys, documents, and other research to help the person they are assisting collect information
Manage and respond to project related email
Attend project meetings
Summarize project results
Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations
Any other tasks the business or clients request

What we are looking for:

BPO experience a plus but not necessary
Must be computer savvy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions
Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports
Methodical and well organized
Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients
Excellent people skills
Must be willing to work night shifts
Must have the ability to work from home - updated PC and a high speed internet connection
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
