Job Description:
The successful candidate shall be working closely with the Laboratory Manager in both new product development and product enhancements. He/she shall:
  • perform experiments utilizing approved techniques and equipment;
  • gather data i.e. routine logging and testing of samples;
  • process, organize, summarize, and report results
  • assist in the design of laboratory experiments, techniques, and protocols
  • perform related laboratory maintenance such as maintaining and cleaning equipment and ordering supplies
  • Bachelors degree holder of Food Technology from a reputable university
  • Actual work experience required
  • Experience in a food manufacturing/processing company a major advantage
  • Must have excellent skills in critical thinking, communication, organization, and coordination
  • Must be detail-oriented and can work in very challenging situations
