We are looking for:
 
ACCOUNTING STAFF/ BOOKKEEPER
 
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 year experience in general accounting
  • Knowledgeable in management advisory services, tax laws & deadlines, and government reporting;
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, laws and regulations  
  • Must have experience in any accounting software, preferably XERO
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality  
  • Knowledgeable in computer (microsoft word, excel, internet/email)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00PM; Saturday: halfday
  • Female, single or married
  • Graduate of Accountancy
Job Functions:
  • Record daily transactions and maintain books of accounts
  • Compute taxes and file ebir forms
  • Ensure on time submission of government remittances and other payables such as BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF
Location: Maguikay Mandaue City
 
Status: Full Time
