SYKES ASIA CEBU is urgently looking for
- 1year plus experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum 1 year people management experience
- Must have background in designing training policies, programs and schedules based on training needs and processes
- Ability to effectively communicate action plans to improve quality of process
- Coordinates with Sykes Performance Management group such as Quality Assurance and Training Team for constant updates and offered training modules
- With negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Evaluates & conducts interim and annual performance reviews
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
