- Generate candidates through various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
- Manage sourcing platforms and job boards
- Liase with account managers from different job boards in posting and maintaining our ads, and making sure we utilize our subsciption
- Coordinate with Marketing re: social media recruitment and recruitment collaterals for events
- Come up with creative Employee Referral activities and weekly posting of urgent positions
- Keep up-to-date with new sourcing strategies
- Prepare sourcing reports
- Always on the look out for tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

- Have excellent English communication skills
- Are tech savvy with experience in applicant tracking systems, databases, and excel report
- Have an aptitude for learning new tools
- Have effective negotiation skills
- Have a bachelor’s degree
