We are hiring a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about offering exceptional service support to our partner clients.  You will thrive in this role if you are energized by finding solutions and be able to exceptionally walk through towards achieving their immigration journey a success. You act as a brand ambassador who is highly responsible in providing a high level of customer support!
  • Strong customer service background, preferably a year of BPO experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with a growing start up ecosystem and able to think outside the box customer service support  
  • Willing to do the detail work, but able to leverage software to do it for you. 
  • Passionate about our culture and matching people to maximize our technology.

What You’ll Do:
  • Become well versed in our business, current processes and growth plans. 
  • Answer incoming customer calls, chats or emails regarding product problems, service questions and general inquiries;
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and helpful manner with a view of driving excellent customer satisfaction to further increase customer loyalty and trustworthy relationships;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, responds and manage time effectively to contribute to daily customer service operations successes;
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and provide best product recommendations to new and existing customers. 
  • Regularly maintain and update our customer database following every support service provided
