As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with administrative, business development, social media, marketing, or other tasks. By taking on these recurring tasks and administrative work, you free up time for small business owners, entrepreneurs and managers so they can focus on growing their businesses.

      • Coordinate and schedule calls and appointments

      • Confirm appointments

      • Provide reminders about calls and appointments

    • Email and Contact Management and Communications

      • Process inquiries from emails and calls

      • Add contacts to CRM

    •  Business Development

      • Research leads on social networks for professionals and businesses

      • Design and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    • Operations

      • Conduct research

      • Handle file management

      • Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects

      • Take minutes of the meeting

      • Data entry

    • Travel Arrangements

      • Arrange accommodations & itinerary

    • Social Media Administration

      • Content creation

      • Graphics design
