Talleco JobTarget is seeking a Web Developer who has solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript with experience in NodeJS or .NET Framework to assist with development, support, and maintenance of existing products.
 
We are looking for someone who works well independently with minimal guidance, and who can self-prioritize to meet project milestones and deadlines. Additionally, team collaboration with other developers, designers, tech leads, and project managers is expected. We are seeking someone with strong, effective, and mindful communication. You are able to share your ideas in both a technical and non-technical way, ask for help when you need it, and raise appropriate concerns regarding blockers to project completion.
 
SOCIAL MEDIA RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
 
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be tasked to manage the company’s online social media presence to increase brand awareness, improve marketing that will help support recruitment efforts, and to establish & maintain relationships online to help generate candidates through social media channels.
 
This role requires a passion for digital media and a passionate curiosity about how job seekers look for their next career. This role needs creative copy writing skills to craft high quality marketing, social, and web content and assets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media campaigns to help establish a solid company brand that attracts top talent
  • Build and maintain the company’s social media engagement
  • Identify and implement social media strategies to help increase the talent pipeline
  • Develop relevant topics to reach the company’s target candidates
  • Create, edit, publish, and manage all social media contents (articles, images, video)
  • Manage dedicated budget for the social media communication
  • Actively promote recruitment campaigns in social media platform
  • Collaborate and assist HR in posting job vacancies and sourcing for candidates using social media platforms
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BSBA Human Resource or Marketing
  • With Excellent communication skill
  • With at least 1 year experience in social media management
  • Has a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding
  • Has excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and has a hands-on experience with content management
  • Able to plan, manage, and execute social media paid campaigns
  • Experience/Knowledge in recruitment/sourcing for candidates is a huge advantage
  • Willing to work on mid/night shift
