Associate Operations Managers - Healthcare Account (For Pooling)
 
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
  • At least 4 years of operations manager experience in a call center or BPO setting
  • Preferably with experience in a Healthcare or life insurance account
  • Experience working in a voice account
  • Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
Must have skills:
  • Must have a very strong experience in operations management(someone who can manage the overall operations)
  • Strong skills in Client Management, People Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Must have an experience in handling voice call center account
  • Handled 500 plus FTEs
Responsibilities:
  • Execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement
  • Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures to ensure they are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention to be resolved correctly
  • Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.
  • Execute core business processes and transactions
  • Increase client/customer or user satisfaction
  • Propose improvements to work products, services or processes and reduce and/or minimize costs
