It’s an exciting time for our growing team of 25: we have raised a strong fundraising round from strategic investors, have an innovative technology team, have achieved transformative results for our hotel clients, and are looking to grow exponentially.
We are looking for a Sales Associate to grow our Merchant Partnerships and work closely with the executive team. You are instrumental to the company’s growth.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume 
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key segments
  • Provide weekly report of sales activity/success and communicate analytical data to the executive team 
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
  • Continually assess current business, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Communicate the value story of Laasie to a variety of stakeholders
  • Work with customers to identify growth opportunities to expand Laasie's footprint within their organizations
  • Research, identify and prospect qualified leads to negotiate relevant partnerships 
  • You will own the entire sales cycle (from prospecting to contract signature and activation) 
  • Be the voice of the partner within Laasie, collaborating with our Product and Marketing teams to improve their experience and optimize revenue potential 
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 2-6 years of industry/ sales experience
  • Demonstrated strategic sales skills 
  • Excellent communications and technical presentation skills to win over potential clients
  • Great time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great with people – ability to work with internal and external teams and a passion for selling
  • Experience in the tech industry or ecommerce 
  • EST Daytime availability 
  • Fluent English (must be able to write and speak at proficient level) 
  • Salary: 30k - 35k PHP depending on experience 
  • 10% performance-based end of year bonus
  • 1,200 PHP health insurance reimbursement
  • Work from home
