Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Office Administration or any related courses
  • Must have proven Administrative work experience
  • With over 3 years of experience as Admin or handling Office Administration
  • Keen to details and with Good Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work within Bacolod City
  • Can Start ASAP
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day operation of the office
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons, purchase transaction
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Process payroll for the workers
