- Answers technical support tickets, live chats and phone calls.
- Specializes in answering high-level inquiries.
- Assist sales teams with product demos and professional services sales calls.
- Assist team lead with on-going agent training
- Reports critical KPI's to Team Lead
- Must have a minimum of 4 years application technical support experience.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Requires excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Be an advocate for continuous improvement and a role model for the team.
- Understanding of basic internet protocols including HTML, DNS, HTTPS, FTP, etc
- Sales experience is a plus.
