ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER (HOME BASED)

We need your help to take these customers to the next level by serving as a primary liaison of the company capturing customer's business requirements effectively, translating them to software/technical requirements, and delivering successful projects on time whilst making business process improvements that result in cost savings, higher quality, increased efficiency, lower risk, and shorter times of development.
 
You play a key role in driving the Company’s growth. That growth begins through continuous process improvement by handling end-to-end project coordination and management tasks, designing and implementing project roadmap/workflow, monitoring performance, managing and providing solutions to client ideas, trends and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths. It is essential that you know how to manage all of the stakeholders and developers, and know how much power and influence they have on the project. You will determine the complete and correct business requirements at the start of the project so that the steps can be implemented properly throughout the project; reduce project rework, underutilized functionality, and requirements churn.

Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role is required for this position and in web development company
  • Well-versed in WordPress web design/development (WooCommerce is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience in Project Management with deep market knowledge.
  • Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal and able to address difficult concepts to intended audiences.
  • Teamplayer with excellent leadership skills. Able to provide training, workshops and guidance to the team.
  • Customer focused. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment interacting with multiple clients efficiently and able to provide assistance while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Must be methodical and detail-oriented. Should be able to walk through processes step-by-step, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills: Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights. Evaluates the costs and benefits of solutions, and solves complex business problems.
  • Strategic thinking/visioning: Able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way. Determines opportunities and threats through the comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.

Additional Information
  • Compensation package commensurate with previous work experiences
  • Participate in employee performance bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Work 8 am to 5 pm Philippines time, Monday to Friday (earlier start and finish times can be proposed)
  • Work from home - you must have a reliable PC/Laptop and a reliable internet connection, and a place where you can work uninterrupted.
  • 10 days paid annual leave. 
  • Monthly internet allowance.
  • Strictly observes national Philippine holidays.
