We are in need of this position:
 
RESTAURANT MANAGER
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with all F & B standards on customer service, personnel grooming, area cleanliness and food quality
  • Orientation and training of employees
  • Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
  • Manages overall operations of the branch
  • Supervising, close monitoring and evaluation of employees
  • Makes monthly reports
  • Other tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
  • A degree in business, hospitality management or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years experience at supervisory or management level job
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling staff and customers
  • Excellent communications skills in both oral and written
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
  • Good analytical skills and keen to details
  • Calm, efficient and has the ability to work well under pressure
  • Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Experience in the food industry or restaurant set up is a must
