The key industries we are looking at covering are:
  • Application Support/Technical Support – Product and Services Programs
  • Banking Finance and Insurance
  • Ecommerce and Retail Services
  • Hospitality and Travel
The manager we are looking at onboarding should have industry exposure in at least 2 more industry verticals that are mentioned above.

  • 7-10 Years of Experience in the Driving Quality Assurance covering US/UK/Australia Geography
  • Minimum 2+ Years in the Managerial Role
  • Willing to temporarily work and train from home immediately.
  • With laptop/PC and headset.
  • Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified in Call Centre Context - Preferrable
  • Sound Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Understands Quality Metrics and Business Metrics Corelation
  • Ability to Recommend TNI for Process reengineering
  • Ability to create business case with findings from Quality audit and recommend product and process changes to the client
  • Strong Understanding of Calibration and Audit the Auditors
  • Ability to create Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions for process improvement and RCA response
  • Ability to create FMEA analysis on change management (Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
