Job Description:
  • Greet callers with a friendly and professional tone, and ask how they can be assisted
  • Complete admin tasks which includes, but not limited to, tour count, food count, tracking of bookings, and booking reports
  • Ensure accuracy in all bookings, reports, tasks
  • Take calls, answer email inquiries, complete bookings, chat support
  • Take care of missed calls and return calls
  • Provide callers with information on touring products offered
  • Assist in addressing basic customer concerns
  • If needed, provide additional support to the AU team
Job requirements:
  • Proven high-level communication skills - written & verbal
  • Experience in Tourism/Hospitality industry is preferred
  • Basic phone customer service training is an added advantage
  • Proven strong admin skills is a huge plus
  • Well-oriented with any of the following: Microsoft Office applications, any CRM, database management, and other web and desktop applications
  • Able to multitask effectively with a very keen eye for detail
