Craft Tec INC is seeking a Sr. Director of GTM Strategy and Business Operations to lead the UK go-to-market strategy initiatives crossed all business areas. This role will give you the opportunity to partner with the executive team to define critical strategy and develop personally and professionally at a rapid pace. While this role will include the ability to establish and shape an emerging team, you're also excited by rolling up your sleeves and driving projects yourself. At our expansion, the Strategy & Business Operations team is a high impact and visible team that works closely with executive leaders across the company. You'll own projects from inception to execution and delivery, ensuring that the proposals you develop are positioned to drive future growth. You will also be instrumental in framing our long term sales strategy in the UK markets.
 
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities to inform go-to-market prioritization
  • Plunge deep into data to define actionable insights
  • Drive customer and competitive research to help inform go-to-market strategy decisions
  • Build high-level financial models to drive recommendations
  • Form and present crucial strategy recommendations to the executive team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct analysis using internal and external data to obtain insights that will support strategic decisions and improve Sales' ability to go-to-market effectively
  • Discuss with the Danish Executive Team to identify growth levers and KPIs, complete analysis, and execute tracking foundation and visualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Technical, Analytics, and more to promote Sales growth and profitability in the new market
  • Convert findings into actionable guidance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on the recommendations
  • Accelerate change by working closely with cross-functional partners across sales, marketing, finance, technical, and analytics
  • Serve as the connective tissue to strengthen the strategy across different go-to-market teams, including as a link to sales of the product
  • Aid executive sales and marketing leaders manage the business and drive performance
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferably 8+ years of experience in a high tech growth company in strategy, business operations, or growth or start-up experience
  • A strong understanding of enterprise sales, particularly in digital offerings and SaaS
  • Comfort with uncertainty, and able to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher-level strategy
  • An analytical precision, drive to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to drive work from idea to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation
  • Demonstrate a strong executive presence
  • Have strong proficiency in Excel with experience
  • Experience in crafting and executing marketing and customer research via quantitative methods and experiments
  • Direct people leadership experience
  • Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Experience building collaborative, cross-functional relationships; communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities; providing feedback to others, including upward feedback to leadership; influencing, mentoring, and coaching team members; fostering open dialogue amongst team members; evaluating and responding to the strengths and weaknesses of self and unit members; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
