What are we looking for?

We want someone who is passionate about IT and ideally has shown an interest in cloud technology. We aren't expecting you to be an expert, we'll teach you, but if you have set yourself up a blog, or are in charge of fixing your relatives gadgets you're on the right track. Aside from technology you'll be friendly, easy to talk to, eager to learn and most importantly have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Any background in customer support would also be helpful.

About the Role:

You will be joining an existing customer service team as a front line customer service representative, assisting our customers who contact us by either phone or email, answering their account or basic support questions in a timely manner and with a high degree of completion, we aim to provide the best customer service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve technical support, customer service & billing enquiries by phone and email

- Assist in end of Month Audits of provisioned services

- Book-keeping and reconciliation

- Entering new agreements and checking details

- Managing arrears notifications

- Regular reporting tasks

- Other Virtual Assistant and Administration tasks

Skillset:

- 2-3 years of customer support experience

- Must have strong phone and email support experience

- Bonus if you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Positive can-do attitude

- Efficient and effective multi-tasker

- Professional and values hard work

- Able to contribute ideas to improve processes

Home-Based Requirements:

- Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 Mbps

- Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions

- We also have a shared office space in Cebu should working in an office suit.
