We are hiring for experienced Bookkeepers to join our clients' teams! This is for DAYSHIFT Australian accounts -Saturdays and Sundays off!

 

We are looking for Bookkeepers who will ensure our clients' financial records and transactions are well-maintained and at the same time provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidates must be self-starters and should possess extreme attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank reconciliation for various banks

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

  • Prepare invoices and process receipts and payments

  • Enter accounts into the client’s software

  • Compile for payment on a monthly basis and upload to the system for authorization

  • Produce balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents and reports

  • Keep accounts correctly reconciled

  • Process superannuation

  • Send quotes to customers as required

  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Finance or any other related degree

  • Proven 2+ years of previous work experience in Accounts/Bookkeeping

  • Knowledge and proficiency in any of these automated financial and accounting reporting systems- XERO, MYOB, SAP, and/or QuickBooks

  • Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, able to multitask and work independently

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Must have proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to meet multiple tasks and deadlines
