  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
  • Assist different teams’ processes
  • Coordinate demand partners’ activities
  • Monitor and manage business operations to meet publisher expectations and company goals
  • Create Knowledge articles for internal and external use
  • Website Health Checks
  • Technical Configurations
  • Survey interpretation and reporting
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 additional years of strong, applicable experience
  • Experience and strong competency with basic computer and internet use
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to follow written instructions with attention to detail and no errors
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Passion for constant improvement and self-directed learning
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Quick grasp and understanding of new information and skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of websites, website traffic, internet advertising, etc.
  • Preferred experience with spreadsheets and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Experience creating written and visual documentation (e.g. Excel, Lucidchart, etc.)
