SYKES ASIA CEBU is looking for
Earn competitive salary and great benefits!
  • Serves as point of contact for all training issues and questions for assigned classes
  • Performs needs analysis for training new hires for the account
  • Ensures adherence to customer standards and recommends actions, if necessary, to contain and correct training problems
  • Meet client-training requirements by developing course structure and content design
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities over the trainees
  • Meet training timetables by performing required classroom instruction
  • Provides effective communication and quality feedback to trainees
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year training experience in a BPO setting
  • Has experience in working with people on different levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
