Is currently looking for:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications: 
• Preferably an Accounting graduate 
• A minimum of 1 years experience in similar role. 
• Equivalent level of work experience. 
• Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies 
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel. 
• Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy. 
• Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures. 
• Good team working & communication skills. 
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs. 
 
Job Description: 
• Receives and process approved SOs. Checks and monitors the availability of stocks, expiry  dates, lot numbers and other pertinent details prior to invoicing. 
• Prepares purchase requests on the assigned products. 
• Maintains filing of order forms, back orders and other important documents.
• Monitors work assignment of other Customer Service Representative staff. 
• Screens, examines, and verifies documents for correctness, appropriateness adequacy and  conformity to establish requirements and follow up on requests or discrepancies.
• Attends to problems, complaints or inquiries from co-employees and customers in persons, on  the telephone or by written correspondence. 
• Maintains updated weekly inventory report on the assigned products. 
• Prepares monthly summaries on return goods from the customers. 
• Maintains current customer’s list, including contracts, shipping addresses, pricing, and rep  details.  
• Communicates to the sales representatives and Customers’ order confirmation, pricing,  availability/quantity of stocks to be invoiced and the expiry dates of the products when  necessary. 
• Adheres with suppliers on return of good policies. 
• Monthly recon of Sales Invoices with the Accounting Department. 
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of  work. 
• Inputs, processes and reconciles consignment orders, utilization reports and IWTs.
• Performs other special projects or assignments as required.  
• Confirms to the PSRs/Warehouse in Charge for the cancellation of POs and changes in the  shipping addresses. 
• Issuances, records and various documents from suppliers, PSRs, etc.
