In this business-to-business role, you will support our marketing research clients so that we keep their business for the long haul, even expanding our services to them. As well, the role would have to
  • Handle scheduling and delivery of marketing research services over the phone and through email;
  • Interact directly with US/UK global clients on projects;
  • Function as a call operator on operator-assisted research IDIs (In-depth Interviews) and focus groups;
  • Set up and run web presentations for clients and deliver web presentation services during client events'
  • Recruit respondents to fulfill client quotas for IDIs and focus groups;
  • Run demos of our teleconferencing and web presentation services to prospects and current clients;
  • Be a positive advocate for the causes of the company.
We're looking for candidates who
  • Have a strong inclination to provide full-hearted customer service;
  • Have an excellent command and comprehension of the English language--both verbal and written;
  • Have great phone skills;
  • Are great at project management or may have the potential to be so;
  • Are adept in calendar management;
  • Can adapt to changing roles and can flex their work hours, shifts, and weekends in the spirit of accommodating client projects;
  • Are smart, eager, and detail-oriented team players, multi-taskers, and learners;
  • Are tech-savvy, especially with MS Office;
  • Are willing to do graveyard shifts in Pueblo Verde, Lapu-Lapu City;
  • Will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
