Earn competitive salary and great benefits!
  • Ensures that the account meets the quality monitoring goal set by the client
  • Performs real time and/or historical call monitoring and provides trend data to program team leaders and managers
  • Provides side by side mentoring and coaching to agents
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow-up to ensure customer's needs and expectations are met
  • Determine appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Has relevant BPO experience, and background as Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Good English communication skills (oral/written)
  • Can speak, read, and write in Japanese (Preferably N3 JLPT holder)
  • Attentive to details and is results oriented
  • Has strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
