Is currently looking for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices
  • Collect and sort all invoice, credit, bill, and order statements
  • Enter all relevant data
  • Utilize electronic, standard, and certified mail services to deliver invoices
  • Record and update all payment in the accounting system
  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
  • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates, etc.)
  • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
  • Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.)
  • Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
  • Report on activity to upper management
  • Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any business-related degree
  • With at least (1) one year of relevant working experience
  • Excellent computation ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Notably Excel
