SYKES ASIA CEBU is urgently looking for





  • Manage the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with company policies as well as accurate and timely processing.

  • Looks after company credit cards inquiries including amending any changes when required

  • Follow up visa expenses claims allocation and approval for Australia and NZ employees in Promaster and ensure expenses are submitted before company deadline

  • Ensure receipts are attached to right expenses and follow up with missing receipts

  • Set up new credit card accounts for Australia and NZ in Promaster

  • Review GR/IR items and follow up invoices and open Pos

  • Handling staff Promaster inquiries

  • Upload Australia and NZ visa claims into SAP

  • Suppliers statement reconciliations and month end reporting

  • Aus and NZ credit cards credit limit review

  • Process suppliers' invoices as required

  • Provide support to AP team to make site administration more efficient

  • Any ad hoc task as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience

  • Has background on Corporate Credit Card claims

  • Great full function experience and hands-on experience in SAP

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Exposure to high volume environment

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • An enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
