CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR CEBU
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans/Performs and ensure continuous improvement in retention activities such as:
- Reviews customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determine the appropriate solutions and responses;
Assesses customer needs, suggest and promote alternative services that can address logistics solutions;
Assist in monitoring the volume of inbound and outbound shipments across all products as required for the customer;
Ensures appropriate measures are place to prevent customer issues and service failures;
Ensures customer needs are met by coordinating and adjusting shipment in timely manner;
- Timely monitors existing accounts;
- Collaborates with other departments (such as Finance& Accounting, Operations and Sales Department) in order to resolve issues; &
- Responsible in maintaining good relationship with all clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative obtains feedback from the customers to improve its services. The clients will always be treated as new born babies. Keeps the client loyal to the company by showing 100% dedication, sympathy, concern and sincerity. Shows the client that help is always readily and willingly provided. Always try and find ways to satisfy clients requests.
Good Communications skills, Planning, Time Management & Customer Management Relationship skills. Applicants with background experience in the shipping/forwarding/logistics industry is an advantage.
